It only takes a few minutes to register. We’ll then send your sign on details to your home address, along with a handy user guide.

If you have a FlexAccount Visa debit card, you’ll also get a Card Reader. You’ll use this, along with your Visa debit card, to authorise certain transactions when you use our Internet Banking service. If your current Visa debit card was issued before November 2007 we’ll also need to send you a new card.

Important Information for customers who live overseas - Please read before you register

If you have a Visa debit card it's likely we'll issue you with a Card Reader. Find out more about Card Reader security and how it affects you.

If your current Visa debit card was issued before November 2007 we'll also need to send you a new card. Due to security restrictions we may not be able to post this to your foreign address. In this case we recommend you do not register until you're sure you can make arrangements to collect your card from your branch in the UK (if you normally collect new cards from your branch this will apply in this instance). This is because once your new card is issued, your existing one will expire within 21 days of your registration, so you won’t be able to use it in shops or at an ATM.

If you don’t have the correct card and Card Reader you may not be able to carry out transactions on our Internet Banking service. It may take a little longer than published times to get your card and Card Reader to you as we're reliant on local postal services.
